中午將在美國第一州特拉華州享用午餐，之後直抵美國首都華盛頓特區，第一站將會入內國會山莊，這來之不易的特別行行程，將帶您進入帶美國真正的權力中心，站在總統就職宣言的廣場上拍照留念，國會結束沿著總統大道，只需要十分鐘便可到達白宮，白色的宮殿，總統的行宮，您不可錯過的打卡聖地。

康寧玻璃中心之後我們將抵達紐約州第二大城市布法羅，這座承載了輝煌與落寞的城市，伊利運河的起點，瀑布之水的源頭，讓我們登頂瞭望塔感受五大湖的波瀾壯闊，細細聆聽這座城市的興衰，高臺之後讓我們沿著布法羅漫步於海軍公園，追溯美國大航運時代的輝煌。
日暮時分抵達尼亞加拉瀑布，這世界大三瀑布之一，來自於印第安古老傳說的雷神之水，夜幕降臨，請跟隨我們一起夜遊【公羊島】，水汽繚繞的七彩燈光下，那是隻屬於夜晚的童話瀑布，最後的最後，跟隨晚風登臨月亮島，在夏日限定的絢麗煙花中結束一天的行程。

退改說明 Cancellation and Amendment Policy：
1.取消條款如下 The cancellation terms are as follows:
a.如果團組在出發前4日 (含) ，要求取消或改期，團費不扣，其他加定酒店、車票或服務需參照酒店或巴士公司規定而確定是否能退款。If the group requests cancellation or rescheduling 4 days (inclusive) before departure, the group fee will not be deducted, but any additional costs for hotel bookings, bus tickets, or services will be subject to the policies of the hotel or bus company and may or may not be refundable.
b.如果團組在出發前3日 (含) 至出發當天要求取消或出發當日未能準時參加者，作自動放棄論，已付團費概不退還。If the group requests cancellation 3 days (inclusive) or less before departure, or if participants fail to join the tour on the departure day, it will be treated as an automatic abandonment, and no refund will be made for the paid group fee.
c.如貴司或客人因個人原因 (無旅行證件、遲到、生病、意外等因素) 於旅途中退出或未能參加行程內任何行程，已付團費概不退還，也不會以其他服務賠償。If your company or guests cancel or fail to participate in any part of the itinerary for personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, tardiness, illness, accidents, etc.) during the trip, the paid group fee will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation.
2.針對我司近期推出的“買二送一，買二送二”促銷活動中免費贈送的第三位、第四位同房客人，取消條款如下：For the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free, Buy 2, Get 2 Free" promotional offer, the cancellation terms for the third and fourth free guests sharing a room are as follows:
a.提前取消：前兩位客人正常參團的情況下，若同一房間內第三位、第四位免費參團的客人在行程出發前4天以上要求取消座位，可以享受免費取消，無需支付任何罰金。Early cancellation: If the first two guests are joining the tour, and the third or fourth free guest in the same room wishes to cancel more than 4 days before the departure date, the cancellation will be free of charge, and no penalty will be applied.
b.出發前3日內（含）臨時取消：前兩位客人正常參團的情況下，若同一房間內第三位、第四位免費參團的客人在行程出發前3天以內取消，或是出發當天NO SHOW，我們將對每位臨時取消的客人收取罰金，罰款金額為$50/人/天。Last-minute cancellation within 3 days before departure (inclusive): If the first two guests are joining the tour, and the third or fourth free guest in the same room cancels within 3 days of departure or fails to show up on the departure day, a penalty of $50 per person per day will be charged for each last-minute cancellation.
c.出發前3日內臨時取消但未付清罰款，或者參團當日NO SHOW，我們將在參團當日向該訂單中的第一、第二位參團客人現場收取上述罰款金額。若同一訂單的客人拒絕支付，將被視為未付清團款，我司有權取消該訂單的全部預定。If the penalty for last-minute cancellation within 3 days before departure has not been paid or the guest does not show up on the day of departure, we will charge the first and second guests in the same booking the penalty fee on the day of the tour. If guests refuse to pay, the unpaid group fee will be considered as unsettled, and we reserve the right to cancel all bookings under that order.
Terms & Conditions 參團須知：
1.年齡限制：【不限制】；18歲以下未成年人或者兒童需要由成年人陪伴參團；Age Restriction: [None]; minors under 18 years old or children must be accompanied by an adult.
2.全程不能自費門票或使用CITY PASS，門票請跟導遊團上購買。No self-paid tickets or use of CITY PASS tickets are allowed during the entire tour. Please purchase tickets through the tour guide.
3.請在預定時提供準確且完整的資訊：包括姓名，有效聯絡方式（手機，whatsapp，微訊號）方便聯絡客人，準確的航班資訊或者參團地點，以免產生預定錯誤，影響出行。如因客人提供資訊錯誤造成損失，由您自行承擔；Please provide accurate and complete information when booking: including your name, valid contact details (mobile phone, WhatsApp, WeChat ID) for easy communication, and accurate flight or meeting point details to avoid booking errors and ensure smooth travel. Any losses caused by incorrect information provided by the guest will be borne by the guest.
4.我司有權在方便出團操作的情況下，對行程順序進行適當調整以確保旅遊團順利進行，但不會減少行程中應包含的專案；The company has the right to adjust the itinerary order to ensure the smooth operation of the tour, but will not reduce any items that should be included in the itinerary.
5.實際出行過程中，導遊或司機有權根據天氣、交通等情況，適當調整景點的遊覽順序、停留時間或集合時間以確保行程順利進行；During the actual trip, the guide or driver has the right to adjust the order, duration, or meeting time of sightseeing spots depending on weather, traffic, or other factors to ensure the trip proceeds smoothly.
6.如遇景點臨時關閉或節假日（感恩節、聖誕節、新年）關閉等，導致無法參觀，導遊會根據實際情況調整為外觀或以其他景點代替以確保行程的豐富性。各景點及國家公園的開放時間及流量控制會因疫情不時變化，如影響行程屬不可抗力因素，敬請諒解；If a sightseeing spot is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year), and thus cannot be visited, the guide will adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation, either by visiting the spot from the outside or substituting with another attraction to ensure the richness of the trip. Opening hours and visitor flow control for attractions and national parks may change due to the pandemic. If it affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
7.八歲以下兒童參團需乘坐安全座椅，我司提供租借服務，租金$10.00/人/天，請務必在預定行程時提前備註告知，以便我們提前準備，如因客人未提前告知所造成的違規和罰金由客人自行承擔，敬請理解。出行當日安排大巴出行無需安全座椅，費用可退還客人；Children under 8 years old must use a safety seat during the tour. We offer a rental service for $10.00 per person per day. Please make sure to notify us in advance when booking, so we can prepare accordingly. If a guest fails to notify us in advance, any violations and fines will be borne by the guest. Please understand that no safety seat will be needed on the coach for travel on the day of departure, and the rental fee will be refunded to the guest.
8.行程中眾多旅遊景點需要參團人具備基本的健康條件。殘疾人士和行動不便者報名參團前請提前聯絡我司獲取相關政策資訊。團組不可以攜帶輪椅上團；Many of the sightseeing spots in the itinerary require basic health conditions. Disabled persons and those with mobility issues should contact our company in advance for relevant policy information. Wheelchairs are not allowed on the group tour.
9.為保障行程順利完整，遊客有責任嚴格遵守導遊給出的集合時間。如果距離集合時間超過十分鐘，車子將離開不予等待；To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the assembly times given by the tour guide. If the group departs and a guest is more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will leave without waiting.
10.我司有權在方便出團操作的情況下，在途中將遊客從原車換到另一輛車並指派不同導遊和司機提供服務；The company has the right to transfer guests from the original vehicle to another vehicle and assign a different guide and driver to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.
11.該產品是團體活動，如遊客選擇中途離團，請提前告知並徵得導遊同意，需簽署離團協議書，未完成部分將被視為遊客自行放棄，團費不予退還；This is a group activity. If a guest chooses to leave the group midway, they must inform the guide in advance and obtain consent, sign a departure agreement, and any uncompleted parts of the itinerary will be considered voluntarily waived by the guest. No refund of the tour fee will be provided.
12.行程中的贈送專案，如因交通、天氣等不可抗力因素導致不能贈送的、或因遊客個人原因不能參觀的，費用不退，敬請諒解；If any complimentary items in the itinerary cannot be provided due to force majeure factors like traffic, weather, etc., or if a guest cannot participate due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. We ask for your understanding.
13.依據聯邦及紐約州法律規定，所有乘客在乘車時必須繫好安全帶，以防止意外發生。如因未按規定佩戴安全帶而導致傷害，相關責任及後果由乘客自行承擔。Pursuant to federal and New York State law, all passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times to prevent accidents. Any injury resulting from the failure to wear a seat belt shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
14.根據美國聯邦法律，參團期間車上禁止吸菸，絕大多數酒店房間也禁止吸菸；酒店的清潔人員都受過專業訓練，保安人員也會專業的留下證據，一旦被發現，會有每晚至少250 美元的清潔費用。這項費用由客人自己承擔，我司概不負責；According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour, and most hotel rooms also prohibit smoking. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will gather evidence if needed. If smoking is detected, there will be a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night, which the guest will be responsible for. Our company is not liable for this charge.
15.所有行程一律不允許帶寵物和動物參團；Pets and animals are not allowed on any tour itinerary.
